Family Move and Groove:
Family Move and Groove is a fun and inclusive class where any family member—mom, dad, aunt, uncle, grandma, grandpa, sibling, or more—can join in and bond with their little one while moving to music! This interactive class uses creative dance, games, and fun props to engage children and their families.
Little ones will develop loco-motor skills like walking, running, hopping, jumping, skipping, sliding, and leaping, while also working on balance, flexibility, and coordination. Family members will enjoy participating together in activities that teach listening, taking turns, understanding right and left, directions, speeds, levels, and much more—all in a supportive and fun environment!
Dancers who participate in both Family Move and Groove and Tumble Bugs will receive $10 off. This discount will be manually applied by office staff after registration.
Just Dance:
For fun, grab a friend and just dance! This class is designed to help students gain confidence, flexibility, coordination, and teamwork while making new friends and creating lasting memories. Dancers will explore a variety of styles, including Tap, Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, and Tumbling. Trying out different dance styles is a great way to discover what you love! No experience necessary.
Take both sessions of Just Dance and receive $10 off your second registration.
Take Non-Stop Hip Hop in addition to Just Dance and receive $5 off your Non-Stop Hip Hop tuition.
Non-Stop Hip Hop- Blacklight Party:
Get ready for a fun and energetic blacklight dance party! Our classes are designed to build confidence and give dancers the moves they need to shine on any dance floor and feel like a star. With vibrant blacklights and upbeat music, dancers will learn exciting skills and groove to their favorite hits. No experience necessary—just bring your energy and a love for dance!
Dancers who take both Non-Stop Hip Hop classes will receive a $10 discount, which will be applied after registration. Dancers who take both Non-Stop Hip Hop and Just Dance will receive a $5 discount on Non-Stop Hip hop tuition, applied after registration.

Acting for Dancers/Musical Theatre:
Great performers don’t just dance—they tell a story with every move! This class focuses on non-verbal acting skills, helping dancers bring emotion, character, and storytelling to life using only their face and body. Through expressive movement and facial expressions, dancers will learn how to captivate an audience without saying a word. Perfect for those looking to enhance their stage presence, connect with their performances, and shine in musical theatre or dance routines. *Supplies included. Blooming Ballerinas:
Watch your little dancer blossom in this enchanting ballet class! Designed for young dancers, Blooming Ballerinas introduces the fundamentals of ballet in a fun, imaginative, and nurturing environment. Through graceful movements, creative storytelling, and playful exercises, dancers will develop coordination, confidence, and a love for dance. Perfect for budding ballerinas who are ready to twirl, leap, and shine! No experience necessary—just bring your joy and enthusiasm for dance.
Open Combo:
Get ready for a fun and exciting dance experience! Our Open Combo Class is perfect for dancers who love variety and want to challenge themselves with new styles. Each class will feature a different genre—hip hop, jazz, contemporary, musical theatre, and more! Check our social media the day before to find out the style of the day and come ready to groove. Drop in for $20 per class or register for all classes for $120! Open to all levels—just bring your energy, enthusiasm, and love for dance!
Acrobatics
Acro Technique Classes:
Acrobatics is an exciting blend of gymnastics and Chinese acrobatics, focusing on tumbling skills and a variety of fun tricks! This class helps students develop flexibility, strength, balance, and coordination while building confidence and body awareness. The summer Acro class includes five primary classes plus one workshop class. Dancers must register separately for workshop classes.
Acrobatics Workshop- Stationary Skills:
The Stationary Skills Workshop focuses on strength, balance, and control while mastering acro and tumbling skills that do not require traveling. Dancers will work on foundational tricks that build stability and technique—no experience necessary!
Dancers must be enrolled in the main Acro & Tumbling class to register. This workshop may be included as their main acro and tumbling workshop or taken in addition. Dancers using this workshop as their included one will receive a discount, which will be manually applied by office staff after registration.
Acrobatics Workshop– Standing Skills:
The Standing Skills Workshop is designed to help dancers improve strength, balance, and body awareness while mastering foundational acro and tumbling skills that require control and stability. This workshop is perfect for those looking to enhance their technique in standing tricks—no experience necessary!
Dancers must be enrolled in the main Acro & Tumbling class to register. This workshop may be included as their main acro and tumbling workshop or taken in addition. Dancers using this workshop as their included one will receive a discount, which will be manually applied by office staff after registration
Acrobatics Workshop– Team Tumbling:
The Team Tumbling Workshop focuses on partner acro work and synchronized tumbling skills, emphasizing teamwork, strength, and coordination. Dancers will learn exciting tricks that incorporate balance, trust, and control while working with a partner. Pre-requisite: Acro Level 2 or higher.
Dancers must be enrolled in the main Acro & Tumbling class to register. This workshop may be included as their main acro and tumbling workshop or taken in addition. Dancers using this workshop as their included one will receive a discount, which will be manually applied by office staff after registration.
Acrobatics Workshop– Suspended Skills Basic:
The Suspended Skills Basic Workshop focuses on building strength, balance, and control for acro tricks performed in the air, such as handstands, aerials, and other suspended movements. Dancers will learn foundational techniques for working with height and gravity while building confidence and body awareness. Pre-requisite: Acro Level 2 or higher.
Dancers must be enrolled in the main Acro & Tumbling class to register. This workshop may be included as their main acro and tumbling workshop or taken in addition. Dancers using this workshop as their included one will receive a discount, which will be manually applied by office staff after registration.
Acrobatics Workshop– Suspended Skills Advanced:
The Suspended Skills Advanced Workshop focuses on advanced acro tricks performed in the air, such as complex handstands, aerials, and other suspended movements that require strength, control, and precision. This class will challenge dancers to refine their techniques and push their limits in mastering more advanced suspended skills. Pre-requisite: Completion of the Suspended Skills Basic Workshop.
Dancers must be enrolled in the main Acro & Tumbling class to register. This workshop may be included as their main acro and tumbling workshop or taken in addition. Dancers using this workshop as their included one will receive a discount, which will be manually applied by office staff after registration.
Tiny Tumblers:
Tiny Tumblers is a fun and engaging class designed for kids ages 4-6! This class combines basic gymnastics and acrobatics, teaching little ones exciting tumbling skills and playful tricks. Students will improve flexibility, strength, balance, and coordination—all while building confidence in a supportive and energetic environment.
Tumble Bugs:
Tumble Bugs is a fun and engaging parent-assisted class designed for ages 18 months to 3 years old! This ‘Mommy and Me’ style class encourages little ones to explore basic gymnastics and acrobatics with the support of a parent. Children will develop coordination, balance, strength, and flexibility while learning playful tumbling skills in a fun and supportive environment.
Dancers who participate in both Tumble Bugs and Family Move & Groove will receive a $10 discount. This discount will be manually applied by office staff after registration.
Competition and Performing Dancers
All Performing and Competition dancers must complete Star Makers, Mon/Wed Ballet and a minimum of 1 of the following 4 options:
Jazz Foundations:
Build strength, flexibility, and precision in this essential jazz technique class! Jazz Foundations & Technique focuses on the fundamentals of jazz, including turns, leaps, kicks, and dynamic movement quality. Dancers will develop strong technical skills through structured exercises, across-the-floor progressions, and center work—all while building confidence and performance quality. This class is geared toward dancers looking to audition for performing or competition; however, all dancers are welcome!
Beyond The Barre:
Take your ballet training to the next level in Beyond the Barre, a focused and challenging ballet intensive designed to strengthen technique, artistry, and performance quality. Dancers will refine their skills through barre work, center exercises, and across-the-floor progressions while building flexibility, strength, and precision. This intensive goes beyond the basics, incorporating unique elements such as ballet in the pool, ballet painting, and other creative approaches to movement and expression.
The class will be split between both the IGH and NR locations, offering a dynamic experience across two studios. Plus, there will be a special studio sleepover at the IGH studio on Thursday night! Those who participate in this intensive will receive an invite. More details to come!
Designed for competition and performing dancers ages 11+, this intensive is perfect for those ready to push themselves, explore new techniques, and elevate their ballet training. Come prepared to work hard, think outside the box, and grow as a dancer!

Star Makers 2025
Star Makers is an exciting and inspiring week of technique and choreography with master teachers and guest artists! Dancers will build confidence, refine their skills, and explore new styles of dance in a supportive and challenging environment.
Auditions for performing and competition lines will take place on Friday, where dancers will showcase the choreography learned throughout the week.
All levels and ages are welcome, whether auditioning for a competition or performing line or simply looking to grow as a dancer. Classes will be split by age and experience. Reservations are required, and the last day to register is one week prior to the start of Star Makers.

Monday/Wednesday Ballet:
Ballet is the foundation of all dance, and our Monday/Wednesday Ballet classes focus on developing strong technique, flexibility, and artistry. Dancers will refine their skills through barre work, center exercises, and across-the-floor progressions, helping them build strength, control, and grace.
These classes are a requirement for any dancer wanting to audition for a performing or competition line. Consistent ballet training is essential for improving overall technique and performance quality.

Assistants & Student Teachers
Choreo Lab 1- For Assistants:
Take your dance skills to the next level in Choreo Lab, a class specifically designed to help dancers become confident, knowledgeable, and effective assistants. Led by Wade and Jessica Short, you’ll learn the essential skills of helping in choreography settings, including teaching techniques, managing groups, offering corrections, and supporting instructors. Whether you’re looking to assist in classes, rehearsals, or performances, this class will help you gain the tools and confidence to be a valuable asset to any dance team or company.
Anyone interested in assisting is invited to participate! There will be one class held at the NR location for both studios. Perfect for dancers eager to step into leadership roles and work closely with instructors, Choreo Lab will prepare you for a future in teaching and choreography.
Choreo Lab 2- For Student Teachers:
Take your dance skills to the next level in Choreo Lab, a class specifically designed for student teachers who want to become confident, knowledgeable, and effective leaders in the studio. Led by Wade and Jessica Short, this class will focus on essential teaching skills, including class management, offering corrections, supporting instructors, and assisting with choreography. Whether you’re already teaching or looking to step into a student teaching role, this class will give you the tools and confidence to succeed.
All student teachers are invited to participate! There will be one class held at the IGH studio for both studios. This is the perfect opportunity for dancers eager to develop their leadership skills and prepare for a future in teaching and choreography.
